And of course, I highly recommend those who want to get started to not waste their time on something that might work, when this works perfectly (and really for different types of people! )

the book is easy to read, but it is not a book that you just put down for 3 weeks and finish reading on vacation. you really need to read it all in a short time for the advice to have an effect. but I guess everyone's counting on that: )
