In summary, compared to the ConnectIT keyboard, it is much better to type, only it has worse characters and lacks backlighting of Czech keys. I have Genysis RHOD at home and it is great to type on it too, this one is better, the others have better fonts and backlit Czech keys.

Pretty cool mechanical keyboard from alza. For the discounted price (about 580 crowns) it's a good buy for me. You can either choose the backlight from a number of predefined profiles or press individual keys. The advantage, and at the same time the disadvantage, is the absence of a software operator. The advantage is that the settings are directly in the keyboard, so you always have the same settings if the keyboard is connected to a dock and you change computers. In addition, it also does not allow you to install any custom software on your work PC, and this is where the solution is great. The only disadvantage is if you really want such a SW. The sound of the keys doesn't seem too loud to me and the operation is quite fine, the question will be how it holds up long term. Unfortunately the very first delivered piece had a badly functioning key, but fortunately Alza replaced it immediately, the next piece is fine. But of course the switches are soldered for that price, so any repair will be a bit of a pain.
