Moving from the V2 mini, which is no longer sold. The plastic looks cheap at first glance, but it grips well and the mouse doesn't slip. I play fairly low sensitivity mouse in games, so the low weight is a plus. Some may be bothered that the DPI toggle button is under the mouse, but I only use one mode and don't need to change DPI quickly. Some may miss the RGB effects on the mouse, I personally like the mouse without RGB, it looks "clean"/stylistic. I've been looking for a good mouse for a really long time and this one fits me the best. I don't know if it's a placebo effect, but Razer just makes me feel the best in games.

The new Razer V3 is a terrible disappointment for me. In an effort to make something that is universal, they may have made a mouse that is ergonomically good for all grip styles, but won't be perfect in any. I'm a person with a really big palm and I liked that they raised the back of it a bit before I found my hand sweating in that filled palm, but by making it so badly narrower at the bottom it may be good for a medium sized palm, but then I don't find it realistic for them to fit such a high back. And what they changed completely incomprehensibly is how they raised the side buttons! From a perfectly ideal position, I now have to overthrow you know, thus dropping the mouse from the left side and losing control of the accuracy. When trying to get used to the mouse, my hand hurt after only about 40min of active use! Which never happened to me with the classic DeathAdder. Overall we lack confidence in aiming with this mouse, but the 8000hz sensor is great and it felt like the mouse was smoother. She's great in that respect! I hope Razer goes back to the classic shape and does some Classic Edition with the new sensor for now: ) on
