I used this lock for 1 month, at first everything was fine. The last time I locked it, however, it didn't open afterwards. I have no idea what happened to it, I entered the same combination as always but it did not unlock. I tried to open it for 30 mins in the gym, no success. In the end, I was forced to cut it, to open my locker. I have a suspicion that I might have changed the combination while locking it, it is the only possible explanation that comes to my mind. The reason I think so is the inconvenient method to change the combination of the padlock: for that you need to turn the arch at 90 degrees in the open position, and then change the combination. So I suspect that when closing the lock I might have accidentally changed the combination when turning the arch to the closing position. Overall, very annoying experience.
