We have been using it for about a month and we are satisfied. The smart dosing of detergent and water quantity is a nice thing, but sometimes the AI functions limit you a bit in terms of programmes and washing temperature, but here it is assured by the "cloudy day" programme, which is very adjustable in terms of temperature etc. The washing machine is surprisingly quiet and stable, where the previous LG was shaking and shaking slowly through the house, you practically don't know about this one. The extra features like "bubbles" etc are fine, tested on stains on the kids clothes, we were surprised how the washing machine handled it. In contrast, I don't know when to use "less microplastics" as a washing program, it seems more of an eco-friendly sticker than a real thing. The controls are a bit of a habit, but quick to learn, plus the washing machine remembers your favourite options and offers them right off the bat. Connection to mobile is fine, in the case of a smart home for example. notification on the TV that it's washed = great thing. If you want to alternate e.g. more types of fabric softener so watch out - it has a smart dispenser that you fill and then the washing machine takes how much is needed - great. But if you want this fabric softener in the morning and another one in the afternoon, there's a problem, because where do you put it? Only washing powder can be dosed manually. The silent washing is really quiet, it doesn't even wake the kids during the day (and it doesn't play that festive symphony => when the washing machine finishes, it beeps in celebration for almost 30 seconds).
