I'm switching from the S21 and it's a huge difference, everything is snappy, phone has decent battery life, super size, fits very well in the hand. The phone is no big "paddle". Nice design. The 25W max charging is a shame that Samsung kept it. Otherwise, overall, I recommend it.
High-quality display
Lots of new features compared to older models
12GB RAM
512GB is the best choice, I wouldn't want a smaller one
AI
Great camera
no charging adapter, but that's probably already common
slower charging

It's a compact phone with flagship performance, which is rare these days as most phones are growing into giant sizes. It offers great processing and excellent performance that can handle multitasking and demanding games without problems. The cameras produce great images in daylight, but occasionally noise appears in low light. Battery lasts all day, wireless charging is a bit slower. AI is useful for improving photo quality, but it may be that its full functionality will require a subscription in the future, something that is not emphasized enough with Samsung.
High quality 120Hz AMOLED display
Compact size with flagship performance
Great multitasking and gaming results
Excellent daytime photography
Fast wired charging
AI to improve photo quality
Slower wireless charging
Noise when shooting in low light
AI is likely to be paid in the future

I unpacked the phone today, so only first impressions so far. Design-wise beautiful, one of the few things I've always liked more about APPLE phones and Samsung copied it quite successfully, so thumbs up. Perfect hand size, plus and ultra models are already terrible "paddles". as far as HW features are concerned, I think 12GB RAM on the base model super - I'm switching from the Galaxy S10, so z8.12GB. Definitely cool news is Snapdragon instead of Exynos. The only thing I'm really sorry about is the display. for example, even the old S10 had higher resolution, higher PPI etc, here it's really less music for more money. And I personally regret that the memory card option is cancelled, I was used to it, so I now chose the 512GB variant to "fit". The rest is primarily about artificial intelligence, so I will be able to evaluate it after a longer time. Anyway, a shift after 6 years will hopefully happen: )

I upgraded from a Galaxy S22, after 3 years, basically they are very similar phones in terms of size and design, the S25 is a few millimeters bigger, edgier, but feels lighter. Otherwise there is a noticeable shift in technology, the phone is faster, it responds basically instantly. Although a lot of people will argue that the cameras Samsung uses are still the same, I definitely see a shift there. Not big, but noticeable. I generally like Samsungs for their setup options when shooting. No iPhone will let you do that: -) And if someone criticizes the protruding cameras? So what? All the better phones have it.
pleasant processing
the cameras have shifted again
brisk
it comes without protective film, previously it was standard
charging could support more than 25W, but enough

I switched from the Samsung S21 and I have to say it's a really big leap forward. The phone is finally with a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and 12gb of memory, the AI is just amazing and can do so much more than I could test. Perfect promotion on Alza when you buy 256gb for the price of 128gb. I'm glad I bought it here! I recommend it!

Excellent compact mobile phone. But if you own an S24 or S23, there's no point in switching. The difference is basically just the processor and increased memory. Also, if you don't insist on Samsung, you can find better-equipped pieces or equally equipped and powerful but cheaper ones from competitors within the price range.
Top quality workmanship
A really small and light phone by today's standards
A truly brutal performance
Endurance against Exynos in S24 looks amazing so far
Less heating in S24 compared to Exynos
Software updates 7 years
Wi-Fi 7
Wireless charging including reverse charging
Beautiful display, 120 Hz, LTPO, flat without curvature
The reader in the display is fast, reliable and works even with a cover glass
Against S23/S24 basically just a new CPU and more RAM
Same cameras for several years in a row
Poor price/equipment ratio
Charging 25 W is more of a joke these days
UWB is missing
Does not support Qi with magnetic ring
Samsung didn't use the best display available (Pixels and Iphones have it, the home model incomprehensibly doesn't)
The reader in the display is fast, but it is still only an older generation with a small scanning area
Quite protruding cameras on one side - the phone sways and clicks on the base
Selfie camera has no IR for night shooting and 3D scan for better security
Still the same Victus 2 screen protector, although there is a newer one with anti-glare treatment
Battery capacity increase stagnates

I'm upgrading from an older Samsung S10, so total satisfaction. Everything is suddenly twice as fast: -) Mainly the camera exceeded expectations. Also, the battery has been a pleasant surprise so far and seems to last a little longer than a typical day.

Compared to the previous model, the operating memory has been increased from 8 GB to 12 GB (for the Samsung galaxy S25), which I very much appreciate. I was also pleasantly surprised by the price, which is comparable to previous models despite the high inflation of recent years.
Acceptable price in relation to inflation
Holds well in the hand
The phone is very nice visually
Perfect camera
Unfortunately, the phone does not have an increased battery capacity compared to the previous model
