The device samsung galaxy s26 ultra arrived to me before the release date, hence great satisfaction, new features like privacy display is very interesting but would like to fine tune it. As far as stabilization goes, the galaxy ultra hasn't disappointed again and I've already recorded plenty of action footage of snowboarding. In short, I'm very satisfied so far except for the S pen features where it is still waiting for more purposes.

I've only had the phone for a short time, but first impressions are very good. The display is large, beautifully bright and everything runs fast and smooth. The camera takes very nice and detailed photos. The phone looks high quality and premium, I am very satisfied.

Samsung s26 Ultra The phone has moved more into the style of Apple phones. The phone is narrow, even in the original Samsung case it does not become a very robust phone. If you choose the light blue color of the phone, the color of the phone is very nice, the case is pretty much light. The downside of the Samsung case is that the cameras are protruding from the case, so your phone never lays flat on the table. Otherwise, the Samsung s26 Ultra uses most of the new ringtones compared to the Samsung s22 Ultra. Privacy screen is a very useful feature that you can use for example. in public transport. Processor performance, display and camera quality are great.
Design, display, performance, camera.
Lots of elevated optics.

The blue color looks even better than in the photos
Facial recognition works great even in the dark. Similarly, photos in the dark are significantly better than previous versions
I really like the privacy feature, I don't need to hunt for privacy film. This feature also has the advantage that the phone does not dazzle others in the evening.
The phone no longer has rounded edges. In the first models it was cool but basically useless, now it is possible to apply protective glass to the entire display.
Phone is super fast, everything runs smoothly
Overall, I am extremely satisfied, excited: -)
After switching from the S23 Ultra, I regret the lack of a true 10x zoom (only calculated)

I switched from an older model (S23+) and chose the Ultra variant this time mainly because of the higher quality camera and so far I'm happy. I would appreciate similar features in a smaller phone size so that it is easier to operate with one hand. Unfortunately, the phone is constantly forcing AI. I'll probably have to get a different case, because the simple Samsung case doesn't compensate for the protruding camera lens when you put it down and the phone "swings". The purple color is beautiful, but it still hides behind the cover (even behind a transparent one, it doesn't stand out as much). It's a pity that mobile phone manufacturers today are not more inventive when it comes to appearance.

I switched from the S22 to the S26 Ultra and you can really see the difference. The camera is great and allows you to shoot in LOG. The AI features are really useful and even fun in places. Privacy Display can be useful in public, although it works best only in extreme mode. The only downside is that the phone is bigger and heavier. Overall, though, I'm really happy with it.

I have been using the phone for a short time, but I can already say that I am really happy with it. I switched from an older Samsung and stayed with this brand mainly because of the environment I'm used to and also because of the S Pen, which I use more often than I originally thought.
Great display - it's big, beautifully bright and has perfect colours. I often edit photos, read or watch videos on my phone and it's a real pleasure to use a display of this quality. The phone is bigger, but I personally like it.
The camera is a plus, of course. I take photos quite often and I love how the phone handles lower light or zoom. The photos have nice contrasts and colors that look good.
The performance is absolutely smooth. The phone responds quickly, apps open instantly. I also like the various features, such as modes and routines, that I use to automate certain things.
Overall, the phone strikes me as a really premium device. The price is admittedly higher, but if someone wants a high-end phone with a great display, camera and S Pen, I think they'll be as happy as I am.

I don't know yet if 4K 60 fps and 8K also support HDR 10+ (metadata), otherwise as expected.
Privaci display, faster charging, new video formats AVP, LOG
7-year support, (the Chinese don't really give that).
Compared to older generations, the S Pen no longer has BT.

I bought the S26U as a successor to my Note20U which I can't get enough of, unfortunately the camera has gone. Samsung has finally pulled out a new color though it could be more distinctive. The camera is great, especially the zoom and super steady mode in video. Privaci display looks better in videos than in real life. It's more likely to attract attention than to keep anyone from seeing what I'm doing. Too bad that samsung again put a lot of emphasis on AI.
Cameras
Display with new feature (albeit quite a gimick)
Spen doesn't have bluetooth again
Memory card slot is missing
The design is again away from the classic square shape of the previous Note and Ulter series
3 AI assistants annoy you when you turn it on

Initially I was hesitant if the Ultra was "too much" for normal home use, but after a week I know I did the right thing. The phone saves me time. AI helps me to edit photos from a party in a flash, I quickly note down what needs to be done with Pen, and in the evening I can read a book or watch a TV show on it with the best picture I've ever seen on my phone.
I appreciate the reliability the most. I don't care if the sun is shining or it's dark - I know I'm going to pull out my phone and take a nice photo or video. If you're looking for a single device that doubles as a family camera, a tablet for stories, and a reliable phone, the S26 Ultra is more expensive, but a good investment that will last for many years.
