I purchased this washing machine as a replacement for an old LG steam washing machine. Since it looks modern at first glance, and also based on the reviews, I opted for the Samsung brand. Structurally, however, it is a class below the LG, apparently economizing wherever possible, the drum tub and drum drive wheel are made of a thin plastic that looks unstable at first glance. A large part of the bottom cover of the washing machine is just some plastic cardboard, with a large hole in the middle where the noise of the water pump penetrates, which is almost constantly humming during some programs. In addition, the washing machine doesn't have an aquastop, so if the drum starts leaking, it won't stop the water supply and flood your bathroom. The washing machine is quite quiet, but in some programs the pump that creates bubbles is not loud, but constantly unpleasantly humming, so who wants a quiet washing machine so not much recommend/LG was noisier only when filling and draining water, during washing was definitely quieter/. At the start of spinning, the drum in the washer looks for a moment as if it's going to bounce through the washing machine casing into the next room, but eventually it holds up, and the rest of the wringer stays in place /2 dampers and 2 strings-the competing LG has 3 dampers! /The washing result is quite satisfactory. What surprised me even more about this washing machine was that out of the many programs it has, only three are suitable for washing 8kg of laundry! /eco, cotton and cloudy day/, the others are only recommended for a half load!
