In its price range, it does what it's supposed to
It glows in the dark, so no need to shine a light on it

Cheap
Easy to use
For basic directions, it is convenient to use the web application http://www.dishpointer.com/
And then carefully correct the elevation
With proper orientation, a damping cell would be needed, the needle is "around the corner" even with the potentiometer fully withdrawn.

for the money. you use it a few times in your life, but it's good to have at home.
You don't know what kind of satellite you're tuning, you need to look at the neighbors and at least determine the direction.

captures satellites well, too bad it doesn't identify which specific (name) satellite it just found

In the price range great! If you have at least an idea in which direction the antenna is, the dish can be set up reliably.
