After the first few days, a crack appeared on the rear mudguard - it is made of low-quality plastic, it is bothered by vibrations (don' t try riding on cat' s heads at all) and frequent folding of the scooter. After a fortnight, the problems started - power outages, apparently poor-quality connected contacts were knocked out. Claimed, after 27 days Alza pretends that the claim has been settled, but I still don' t have the scooter. In the delivery document it is stated that the fender claim was not recognized because it is “mechanically damaged“ and that the repair would cost around CZK 600. If, for example, someone from the service called me, I would pay the 600 to have peace of mind, but I don' t intend to take it to the service again, because it will lie there for another month. The only positive of this scooter is the price. For me it was the last product of the company. The Sencor I bought (I was told by the blender I bought earlier, which lasted 2 years and 2 days).

For that price, I highly recommend anyone looking for a scooter up to 120 kg with a good range, construction and a powerful engine. Too great for me.

We have had the scooter since summer 2021 and I definitely can't recommend it enough. The wheels are too hard and won't forgive any bumps. Thanks to this, the whole structure is rickety and it's actually a shame to drive it on the street. If I hadn't tried my neighbor's scooter, I wouldn't have realized how bad the brakes were.
