It's working fine,
...and I'm not gonna let it get to me,
design
The buttons are plastic, not metal as I expected and they are kind of fuzzy

The scale met expectations - it works as it should
It has no unnecessary features
The surface gets dirty (visibly) quite quickly - traces remain from wet bowls

Simple scale, does just what it's supposed to do: WEIGH Any upgrades I don't need (clock, minute,. It needs no setup.
I am completely satisfied
Battery, I would prefer a AA or AAA pencil battery. She probably wouldn't fit in it.
