The second attempt turned out better, the kettle does not leak, but the LED backlighting shines unevenly again - at the handle it shines as it should, on the opposite side they are barely visible.
The second one we bought, after the first time we grabbed the handle, the whole thing cracked as if it was about to fall apart, I guess the plastic was seated.
Overall, the kettle doesn't inspire much confidence that it should last for years. Rather, I expect that if everything works, I'll be buying another one in a year.
