A quality cheaper version of the overpriced Pranamat pad. The quality of workmanship and material is very good, the barbs are very sharp. It works as expected.

Reasonable and affordable price compared to competitors that are many times more expensive (we have one too)
Works and relieves the back
Practical carrying bag included
Price/performance ratio for 1
I find Pranamate a hair more effective
The body part could be a bit longer for the male body (like Pranamat)
