We were pleasantly surprised by the coffee machine. While there are only a few drinks to choose from, it's perfectly adequate for the average user. The milk frother is a bit annoying as the tube is external. However, if you're making several milky coffees, it's acceptable, and the advantage is that you don't have to clean a milk container, which some coffee machines have. At first glance, the appliance feels a bit 'plasticky', but after a while, you don't even notice it. The coffee tastes as it should, and it's just as easy to use as more expensive machines, only the access to the inside through the little door is nicer.

I'm absolutely delighted with this coffee machine! The coffee is excellent, and the milk foam is lovely, thick and creamy. I had a Philips LatteGo before and I have to say, there's no comparison at all. For me, the Siemens is in a completely different league. I was also pleasantly surprised by the quieter coffee grinding; the difference is really noticeable compared to my previous machine. On top of that, it looks very nice and fits perfectly in the kitchen. So far, I have absolutely nothing to fault and definitely don't regret the purchase. Now I just hope it lasts as long as possible! 😊

It's quieter than the older EQ.6 model
The milk frother with a tube that goes straight into the bottle is absolutely brilliant, no extra dirty containers.

Cleaning the brew unit is really easy and quick; after removing the brew unit, the inside is easily accessible and can be wiped down well, without having to stick your hand deep inside like with the EQ.6, for example.
I haven't yet figured out how to set the automatic milk system cleaning to run when turning it off after using the frother, like my old EQ.6 used to, but it's quite easy to clean it via the menu.
Emptying the drip tray and grounds container was easier on the EQ.6, you could just pull it out. With this model, you have to open the whole front panel.
