I am very satisfied with the Siemens EQ.500 Classic coffee machine. The biggest positive is undoubtedly the quality of the coffee it makes, which has a smooth and very good taste. I also really appreciate the simple and intuitive controls. The menu is clear, user-friendly and preparing the individual drinks is completely straightforward. I was also pleasantly surprised by the water hardness setting – a test strip and clear instructions are included in the box, so you can get it all done in a moment. If I were to mention any drawbacks, the coffee machine could be a bit quieter, especially when grinding the coffee and during the automatic rinse cycle. It is also a bit larger than I expected. Overall, however, the positives clearly outweigh the negatives. The coffee machine is easy to use, everything works as it should, and most importantly, it makes truly excellent coffee. For me, it's a very good choice that I can recommend.

I bought the coffee machine for an unbeatable price, I'm actually a bit gutted I didn't buy another one for work. I was upgrading from a De'Longhi Magnifica, so it's a huge change. The milk froth is perfect, the kids have frothed milk several times a day :D

I find the way you have to open the entire front part to pour out the drip water and coffee grounds quite annoying. You need a fair bit of space to the left to be able to open it properly.
