We've had it for a while but so far it's working great. We could not adjust the water hardness which is a pity. Otherwise, we will see what the consumption of both water and electricity if this is true.

SIGURO is a "corporate brand" of ALZA, but based on the ETA brand, this eco model GREEN in action for 9400 CZK (December 2023, regular price 11000 CZK) fully corresponds to the highest model of the dishwasher ETA for 14000 CZK (specifically ETA 239490001B, programs and instructions are almost the same, including the error in the salt and polish settings). But ETA has an extra tablet program, and because it's integrated it projects the time on the floor, otherwise it's the same (and it still only reads 40 dB, maybe it has a slightly more muted door). /// This is our 4th dishwasher, I have experience and I am a technician who enjoys measuring. Our previous dishwasher was an AEG FAVORIT SILENCE PLUS, we had it from about 5 years to 13 years and it had to be repaired with 8 defects (230V/10 relay in the door, tachogenerator in the motor, hoses downstairs broke, two right away, the drain pump went last year and still stopped working and letting water Aquastop. Compared to the AEG (new still around 2009 15-16 thousand), THIS SIGURO GREEN WASHER is the BEST ON THE MARKET, it is significantly better and higher class. No need to worry and buy "proven" German brands. Bosch isn't what he used to be. Big praise to Alza. //// I had no idea that if the dishwasher is not sold, there is a difference between the best A or B and C, D, E class only in software! how much water it heats and how much it eats. If you want class B, it will heat the minimum amount of water and only 2 times and it will still be 50°C and 40°C. These are the laws of physics. A better dishwasher is often no better (yes Miele probably is, but the price. ), but simply has the cycles and water temperature set differently. //// If the manufacturers wanted to, a regular dishwasher for 7500 crowns would be class B just by setting the temperature and amount of water differently. So again, a scam, you are actually just buying a more refined "firmware". If someone could "reflash" it, they could easily turn any C or D dishwasher into a B class dishwasher. The only sensible thing I can imagine is a heat reservoir, so that the discharged hot water heats up the incoming water (better dishwashers do have this. //// Otherwise, the WASH WATER consumption is always measured on ECO = lower temperatures and therefore long washing times. Other common programs also tend to have higher consumption - perhaps very similar to the "worse" dishwashers (typically up to around 1 kWh, pot pans up to 1.4 or 1.5 kWh). CONCLUSIONS: You can't go wrong with Siguro GREEN!

– large internal space for 14 sets - really quiet and washes beautifully - DURING drying the door opens, usually 11 minutes before the end, with ECO it is already 1:10 pm. - 5 extra special nozzles in the top basket, great for dry coffee cups - internal lighting - ECO measured consumption now only 0.623 kWh in winter from 8°C cold water, in summer it might be on the edge of class A! The dishwasher was full, but rather cleaner dishes, so the 0.65 kWh according to the instructions will fit - there is a reserve - with ECO the door opens as early as 1:10 pm. before the end, so the total time of 3:45 is including drying. So it's no problem to take the dishes out in about 2:40 hours after opening the door! The ECO programme is preset. - also on AUTO the measured consumption is below the lower limit indicated in the manual. The program is therefore also very economical. For cleaner dishes, it really cuts down. - also on the strongest program of the pan 65 °C, the consumption measured by the Wattmeter was only 1.398 kWh (the instructions indicate 1.5 kWh) - the powerful inverter pump motor with higher pressure washes perfectly and is very quiet! - at Hoover (also class B) the main engine only took max. 65 W, here the motor takes 65-80 W typically, and also up to 120 W, the quality of washing is noticeable - excellent! - the upper deck of the dishwasher can be easily removed to fit under the counter (height approx. 80, 0 to 82.5 cm - feet) - the dishwasher has controls for washing only at the top or bottom, so it must be able to distribute water up or down, but by the sound of it (I think) it switches on the fly for each program and therefore alternates between higher water pressure up and down - excellent idea - it has 8 handy programs and a special CANCEL CYCLE button if you are in a hurry, it works on all programs except AUTO, fast 30" and prewash - BEWARE THERE IS ALSO HIGHER CONSUMPTION, always pays something for something, the programs are long to get it to wash, the short one will increase the temperature and amount of water - sympathetic handles to lower/raise the top basket + the third cutlery drawer has half the inside easily moved to the left if you need to wash taller glasses - has a light like salt, both polish (Hoover B did not have polish) - DOES NOT use unnecessary WiFi - ALZA warranty 3 years and option to buy additional warranty + 3 years (1770 CZK) - all programs are detailed in the manual including phases, temperature, duration and water and electricity consumption in kWh

– if you are bothered by the sound alarm, there is no option to turn it off; at the end there will be an 8× beep, if it was close to the bedroom you may be bothered

no special program for tablets, it is recommended not to use fast programs (the tablet may not dissolve in time), but there is no problem quality powder from DM for 109 CZK - 1.5 kg, one wash for about 1.20 CZK

the polish feeder has to be handled gently (the plastic does not inspire much confidence), however, ALZA solved the minor manufacturing defect extra quickly before Christmas + an adequate replacement can be arranged. I should put that more in the plus column.

error in the instructions, the polish and salt are set differently, the door will be CLOSED (the question is whether someone has taken over a different instruction or something in the dishwasher has changed), in the instructions it is WRONG OPEN. Alternatively, it must be disconnected from the electricity before that.

I have not yet found a service manual for either SIGURO or its twin ETA

It is not clear how it is with the connection to hot water (solars).
