I find it hard to believe that the other reviews are not paid! The vacuum cleaner ran over a floor lamp which it knocked over and damaged! During the first week, he damaged the rubber on his brush because he regularly wound himself on the cables, even though he is supposed to avoid them according to the description. What got me was when he avoided a small tuft of dog hair, which he identified as a sock...
He doesn't recognize the room he's already in. Every time I move it to another room, it creates a new map (it's difficult to select the correct map in the app). The device is absolutely useless. Less work and nerves to vacuum yourself. When returning it, Alza charged 1200, - for the damage that the vacuum cleaner caused itself! After my complaint, they finally returned it in the form of a check.
He can't avoid big obstacles
It doesn't avoid cables
He avoids the chuckleheads

Hello, thank you for your review, I am sorry to hear about your experience with the product. The product is equipped with advanced sensors and AI to avoid collisions with household objects. The vacuum cleaner can map the room and thus avoid obstacles. There is no need to move the vacuum cleaner in any way, it can plan the entire route by itself. In your case, it is possible that it could be a defective piece. So I would recommend a complaint. Please contact our customer service center to sort everything out with you. Thank you and have a nice day, Ondřej - Alza expert

High suction power, for all types of floors. He is well oriented in space. The Tuya app is in English. The robot also speaks Czech. Smart features: water setting, suction power setting, possibility of wiping and vacuuming at the same time. Map edits, by zone, room divisions, Good even wipes. Long battery life.
I couldn't find any.
I should have gotten it earlier

I am very pleasantly surprised. I found out I should have bought it earlier. My old one was a lot noisier, less intelligent, this one fits my tuya household perfectly.

I switched from an older model vacuum cleaner from Siguro and I am beyond satisfied, the vacuum cleaner is improved in every way! It comes with the classic wiping equipment, the app is also improved (more modern UI), and you can even see the condition of the accessories and their wear and tear for possible replacement. It is possible to switch the vacuum cleaner to several other languages, only there is a problem when changing the volume (Probably the fault of the application, after a few edits it can be changed, it just fucks up for a while) It has a huge suction power and has only one broom but it does not matter at all, on the contrary. Otherwise, it also has the ability to adjust the volume of vacuuming so it can be used at night as it has night vision

Great battery life

Quiet running
Wipes very well and the cloth can be washed
Recognises objects and unevenness, avoids stairs
Low top sensor with precision sensor - enters even low spaces under the bed or under the heater with mm accuracy
We haven't found any so far.
