In my opinion, the taste is most similar to a classic cola.
I personally don't like it when they add other flavors to the cola syrup, like orange and such.
Since there are sweeteners in it, it probably won't add to your health, but where are there no chemicals in food today, right?
I usually order ten bottles of syrup and here Alza disappointed me. They only had four in stock, so that surprised me.
