It absorbs ambient noise well.
Sound OK. It's still a compressed BT transmission, that's the problem with all wireless headphones. When you have listened to lossless recordings on a hi-end device, then all wireless headphones have quality issues. That's why it's great that SONY XPERIA still have an analog jack on mobile phones.
The padding is made of "memory foam". Seals the earpiece nicely in the ear.
They are smaller than the WF-1000XM4 (especially the case)
They are difficult to remove from the case because of the slippery surface.
