Minus are smaller wooden pins connecting the smaller side walls with the carrier plate -> I would expect bigger and maybe 3-4 places instead of 2. Even after using wood glue and overnight loading the slicing is not ideal. But nothing will move on the desk or under the monitor, so it's fine.
