I absolutely don't get the great reviews. I wanted to invest a bit in better headphones, to be comfortable, good sound, from a quality manufacturer, with low complaint. Apart from the headphone design, though, it's an absolute tragedy. It sounds terrible and the low complaint rate may be because everyone returns it right away. For some reason, headphones at this price level don't have noise cancellation, so you hear every sound, like machine fans or the movement of your hair. I'm not talking about the fact that it completely randomly mutes the sound, maybe for a while, but it's annoying. I'm returning it immediately. He's really not worth the money.

I originally had the HyperX Cloud II, I was extremely happy with them. You can't quite say that with these headphones. Compared to these, the SS Arctis Nova 5 has better sound quality, a cleaner microphone, a lighter design and wireless connectivity. Unfortunately, the microphone, when turned on, amplifies ambient sounds and I can hear myself with the headphones. In games, I don't need to hear myself, I need to hear the game, and I need to hear it well. Unfortunately, if I don't want to hear myself, I have to lower the volume and thus the volume of the game. With the others I could hear very clearly and distinctly, that's about the only plus. This forced me to buy an external microphone. The headphones are plastic and I find them quite flimsy, Cloud II were better quality. The earpieces are small, I don't have ears that big, but they are quite tight and they start to hurt if you put them on wrong. The overall impression of the headphones is quite positive, except for the microphone and the smaller earcups. But if I had to buy them again, I would definitely reach for others. I bought them in the Christmas sale for 2500, - and I would not buy them for 3500, - for sure.
