I'm switching from hyperx cloud core, you can't even get it nowadays. The sound of the microphone is supposedly terrible, for the price. My old headphones and incomparably cheaper ones sound better. One thing is the sound quality of the microphone itself. The second, when I put the microphone in front of me, I can somehow hear myself in the headphones, every breath, every distinct k, just everything. On the other hand, when the microphone is fully inserted into the headphones, it captures video, specifically the human voice. And I certainly wasn't listening out loud. On the middle path I sounded blurred and as if from a distance. Maybe fiddling with the Eq would fix it, but at that price I'd want to tweak the sound, not completely set it up
