Dreadful. Although the return policy worked and the kettle was accepted back, the delivery charge was not refunded and there was minimal help to navigate through the refund screen (I do not speak or read Czech)
Kettle often did not turn itself off and stood on the counter spluttering and making a mess. Would it have turned off eventually? I don't know and didn't wait to find out. Returned next day but DID NOT get a refund of the delivery charge!

Large spout makes pouring easier
Quite quiet when cooking
It doesn't hold the limescale strainer.

You can't see the measuring tape and the lines at all - the reality is much darker. The kettle doesn't even light up when you turn it on. Returned.
