The colon in the station name, which appears in the folder name and is a forbidden character, is to blame. Just rename the station in the settopbox. Another tricky thing is setting the sleep interval, when it really falls asleep and you don't have the whole recording. You have to aim the remote quite precisely, there are no shortcuts to the recording timer or recorded shows, you always have to laboriously click through the menu. When programming a recording from the EPG, you always have to manually adjust the timer, otherwise you'll generally miss the end of the show and it's again a laborious click. Without an internet connection it had the wrong date, which resulted in the EPG not loading. It does not have a command to safely disconnect the USB drive. The instructions are too brief, you won't find much information in it, you have to figure it out yourself. I returned the device and chose Mascom, which works immediately without similar problems, with excellent instructions, pleasant operation without constant focusing of the controller. You also have to manually adjust the time of the recording from the EPG, but it's done right when you enter it, and the timers and recordings can be displayed directly with the buttons without further clicking.
