- we don't get a DCF signal at home, but the same alarm clock elsewhere hasn't been a problem
- the battery power does not keep the clock running like the mains, but it does keep the time running and when reconnected to the mains it is up to date even without the DCF signal
- 3 levels of brightness- off/medium/heavy- but I would happily swap off for an even lower brightness- on the bedside table next to the bed this would be enough
-large letters, nice design, easy to use
instructions in English only downloadable online, but this is becoming more and more common

this alarm clock is better, for the hard of seeing, than another TFA
big digits,
good visibility even from a distance, with more intense luminance setting
even at lower luminosity, it still shines more than necessary at night

Absolutely accurate, as expected. The time according to DCF77 is set every morning at 1:00 to 2:00 and 3:00

Works as described
For me, even the lower intensity of the display is too much on my desk at night. But not everyone has to be bothered.

Nice design, beautifully legible display, set the time pretty quickly.
It is powered from the mains, the power supply is included, the battery is only a backup.
Radio controlled clocks are generally a great invention, no adjusting, no rewinding when the time changes and always absolutely reliable completely accurate time. I don't buy any other type of watch.
