After a year, I decided to reapply thermal paste to my 9600X, and as I’d run out of my original Arctic MX-4, I gave this one a go. It’s great to apply; someone with a steady hand can manage two CPUs with this pack. CPU temperatures under load are lower than with the original thermal paste, but it’s not exactly a miracle. From the original 72–73°C or so, I’m now at around 65°C under load in OCCT. I have an MSI MAG Core Liquid E240 fitted to my CPU. Is it worth buying toothpaste that’s four times as expensive just for an 8°C difference? I suppose I’ll leave that up to you.: )

One of the best quality non-metallic hot water traps I have ever seen in my life! I often achieve the same or even slightly better temperatures with it than with the Czech one, which has a higher thermal conductivity of 13.4 W/mk2. Maybe because this one has a higher density but lower viscosity - i.e. better fill all microscopic irregularities and gaps between the heatsink and CPU surfaces. Perfect (low) temperatures even with AVX-512 type calculations on all 8 cores under water cooling!..: O: O: O God! I highly recommend it.

The paste is quite expensive and stiff, so the manufacturer recommends spreading the paste with the included spatula. I put the whole tube on the processor and that was a big mistake because that's too much paste and the processor overheated, so only put about 1/3 or 1/2 in. I had to remove the paste and buy another one from a competitor and put a classic pea on the center and let the pressure of the radiator spread it and it works without problems. It's more my fault, but I'm not impressed with this paste.
