I use it as a backup in case of a cable connection failure. Simply when cleaning with a vacuum cleaner, the cable can become disconnected and it is hard to ask the cleaner for any feedback.
Size and, as we are used to nowadays, automatic driver installation.

The black cap soon began to wobble
Poor range (probably all " nano" adapters, they have a short antenna)
Does not have a connector for an external antenna (that would help a lot)
After about 3 months, when I took it out of the USB port, the whole thing kind of fell apart and I threw it away
