If you really want to keep track of yourself, I recommend it. For the price, it's a good product.
The mobile app works well and monitors a lot of features. Keeps stats of everything.

I compared the scale with the InBody pro measurement and unless the scale needs to be calibrated over time, it weighs really accurately. Deviation of body weight about 100g, BMI about 0.1. BMR measured about 200kcal more than InBody. Fats are also very accurate, muscles are lame - but who asks you about these two things?: ) If you want to have your weigh-in counted and logged in the app to track your body, you need to have the app on when you weigh in, if you're just walking by it doesn't matter.

At a weight of 117.8kg, it shows me only 32kg of muscle mass (the ideal range, depending on weight, is 47.1 to 70.7kg). Other scales always show me around 80kg. Normally it works out that fat-free mass = muscle mass + bone mass. But this is far from being the case here, since 78 ≠ 32 + 4.5. I have to return it.
Nice to look at
Counts the wrong amount of muscle in the body
