For someone who wants to work on themselves, this is the perfect device to track their progress.
The app is clear and the graphs beautifully show how the weight goes down gradually, which is a great motivation.
It paired with my phone right away, I had no problem.
The box it's in has that "padding" so I wasn't afraid to pack it with me when I went away for a week.
It tracks 11 different values, all of which are briefly explained, and also indicates what the ideal values (body fat, BMI, etc.) ).

good app to connect to the scale;
many measured values that can be traced back in a graph;
multi-user option;
the scale can be used without a mobile phone;
a good box to carry;
nice/modern design and backlight.
The dimensions of the scale are not extra large, but for legs up to approx. 45 is not a problem.

The scale is great, with the app on the phone works great up to
Except for the athlete mode, which totally changes your values e.g. % of fat in the body and it the difference in modes 6% is really enough 😄. I couldn't get an explanation anywhere on the internet.
