A surprisingly good purchase! I had very low expectations for this device. It has to be said. Fortunately the little machine works great and performs better than I had expected. Many older and some newer games work and even run fine. The keyboard is a little weird and the touch pad is a bit too sticky and hard to use smoothly. The stand does not work as screen cover and if you take the device with you without the keyboard, you have no screen protection. The magnets in the device only works with the back cover/stand on the bag. This is my only real complaint about the device so far. Well worth the money indeed!

badly designed cover that can not be used as screen protector as the magnets repulses it if you try to put it in front of the screen.
The keyboard being the screen protector is a bad idea and the keyboard falls off if you lift the complete unit by the tablet part.

I waited with the review because I immediately after buying the tablet twice complained - the system kept randomly crashing and was basically unusable, according to the reviews it was clear that I was just unlucky on the piece, no one complained about anything like that. Finally, after replacing the motherboard (first the disk), it runs like clockwork. For someone who is looking for a compact solution for common applications and at the same time needs Win (like me), this is an excellent solution. Ignoring Lenovo with an inferior processor, similar devices start at three to four times the price of Umax. Although with a different level of processing and guts, the price/performance ratio here is very good for me - unless you are unlucky on a piece: ) and you don't need high power.

After installing MS Windows 11 Prof. (which was successful even without setting up an account with MS) took about 10 hours of updates with several assisted restarts. This will have to be taken into account if one wants to run the laptop only when it is fully updated. Review written in barely 24 hours. after purchase.
Intel N150 + 12 GB RAM + 256 GB SSD + integrated graphics card = sufficient performance for common applications. It only got short of breath when installing updates (on an 80 Mbps metallic LAN), which is common even for modern Intel i5 CPUs, and when installing some "bulkier" applications. But then it ran quite briskly, at least as far as launching applications is concerned

I can't guarantee it, but I noticed strange behavior of the laptop keyboard (while writing the review) after pairing the laptop with the C-Tech WLM-12GR mouse (via BT). After pressing the space bar, the text cursor occasionally, randomly and hardly noticed immediately, "flies" elsewhere. It's as if the physical proximity of the BT mouse interferes with the (unconnected) keyboard or touchpad signals. Repeatedly, however, I have not shown this behaviour
