The hub transmits audio, allows for charging via USB-C and can also transfer data via USB-A. But that's pretty much where its functionality ends. The USB-C port can't transfer files and problems sometimes occur with the other USB-A port too. What's more, wireless mice don't work reliably with either of the USB-A ports; it either doesn't register the mouse at all, or there are dropouts and erratic responses. I tried the mice on several other devices and USB hubs, and the problem didn't appear on any of them. So the cause is clearly this “quality” hub, which struggles to handle a device as demanding as an ordinary wireless mouse. For my use case – connecting a second monitor and occasionally charging my laptop or connecting my phone – it was probably sufficient. After these experiences, I wouldn't be at all surprised if it started having other problems shortly after the warranty period ends.
The absolute basic functionality just about works.
For a relatively “dumb” product, it doesn't work nearly as reliably as one would expect. More details in the review text.

I bought it mainly for my travel phone and it works without any problems. With the 100W charger from Alza, DELL charges a laptop that requires 90W.
Works with laptop, charges min 90W, otherwise NTB would complain
Works with mobile (Pixel 8 Pro)
