Someone wrote "the keyboard glows all around the buttons" I disagree with this, the keyboard glows fine and somehow doesn't irritate. I also disagree with "the touchpad rattles slightly when tapped" the best touchpad I've ever used. Regarding moving the display in the hinges, on the train it's fine, I haven't tried the bus but I imagine it will be pretty on. Wrong.

I was thinking about upgrading my gaming PC, but instead of replacing the GPU including an expensive SFX power supply, this laptop caught my eye. Since it's a desktop replacement, I also use it as a desktop - closed and standing upright, hidden behind a 28" monitor, connected via USB-C. I must commend that I have no problem playing WoT in 4K and near full detail. The laptop does not overheat, does not limit and even the fans do not perceive disturbing. I bought it "on a trial basis" thinking I would return it if I had to, but it has proven itself. I've had the opportunity to try both ASUS TUF and DELL in a similar category and VICTUS is the winner across the board. The cons are based on my experience with Apple products that are handled at a much higher level, so take that with a grain of salt.
