a great thing if you have an adjustable table.
can be used comfortably for gaming and working at lower speeds
if you need to, you can run on it
has wheels, so it can be driven on a flat surface
the pad is foldable, but the 40 kilos will be carried (if you need to tuck it somewhere or stow it under the bed)
it has wheels, but when changing the surface (carpet, cushioning mat), it must be lifted up anyway (otherwise the pad will hit the plastic part)
not compatible with Samsung Health. It can only send data to google fit ( and even that I doubt. after steaming and 20km in the fitness app I have no data

You can walk and run on it
It's got a solid feel to me that it won't just break
It's already quite heavy, but at least it has wheels to pull on
