Despite the imperfections above, it's a great product for the money. And you can live with the advantages and disadvantages and it will tell you a lot.
It can do what much more expensive products can do
Unbeatable for the price
The new app is not connected to the entire ecosystem. Otherwise it works well and it does. what has
Automatic activity detection is on kill and needs to be turned off. The watch will reveal the flavor and force you to turn on the flavor activity. When you turn it on, it reports that the vita is finished and forces you to turn it off. If you don't do 5o in 20 seconds, it will sound again until it stops bothering you (or gets annoyed and you just turn it off) - manually it works fine
The automatic heart rate monitoring is more like 1x every 7 minutes and "stops" when some activity starts or something. So for best results it makes sense to turn on 1x per minute and not smart metering or whatever they call it. It is realistically much less frequent.
For badminton activities - I haven't tried the other one, it is annoying that you need to link your mobile to the GPS location. - I don't know why you need it for badminton. When I'm casting on a 6x6 meter square. And also it is not tired but at least it is once every 5 minutes and after some time and when you take your mobile phone to the course so you are satisfied.
It does not show the so-called battery charge of a person but has its own sleep quality score (it does not measure the restfulness of the person as such).

Overall, I am dissatisfied with the product. The price is too high for the shortcomings
design
battery life
the exercise detection does not recognize the movement within a reasonable time frame, and then all the time it is waiting to see if the exercise is over, but it is not, so the bracelet vibrates furiously on the wrist without stopping
he can't even correctly determine sleep - according to him, even sitting still is sleeping, reading on the couch during the day is a nap of several hours
battery lasts about 5 days with continuous monitoring of everything available
a different application than the moving bracelets, so the connection to the scale must be through synchronization, which is not even automatic, but must be started by the user

I got the watch as a gift. He wore them once, so I can't say anything yet.
Comfortable, looks good on the hand.
The sensor does not always respond immediately

I bought the bracelet to try it out, for a relatively low price as a new one. I wanted to monitor my step count and try some more advanced features so I wouldn't have a thousand apps on my phone. So far I am fully satisfied, it shows heart rate, oxygen saturation, sleep, steps. If you want to try before you buy something more sophisticated, I definitely recommend it.
Quality
So far it's holding up fine even though it wasn't bought new, but used
The functions are enough to get you started, to try it out
I haven't noticed any so far.
