Replacement for the outdated Mi band 4. The advantage is a large display, the functions are fully selectable and can be arranged according to your priorities. The bracelet, thanks to the interchangeable styles, is suitable not only for sports but also for company (the possibility to set a classic analogue watch in several different styles). The flashlight function is nice. Despite the constant use (notifications, alarm, heart rate and oxygen measurement, sleep sensor, etc. ) must be recharged after 10 - 14 days. After a short time, you don't even know you have a bracelet on your arm. For me, complete satisfaction.

Difficult to set up, for me it would be best if the setup was done by an expert according to my wishes

the accompanying app is just a useless coloring book. Forget about getting any data out of it, zooming in on the time you're interested in, or viewing more than one day. as a bonus, the bracelet can't be paired with anything but this shit
the accompanying app is trash
cannot be paired with anything else
requires you to open an account with Uncle Si Tin
the only usable display is the default one
the belt has two settings - too loose and too tight

It was made as a reminder to take your medication regularly, which can't just be put away somewhere. So far it's working and the recipient is now hopefully taking the pills regularly.

Overall, the bracelet has a lot of side functionality that I wouldn't really need and would expect more in a smartwatch (music control, etc. ). On the other hand, the fitness functionalities I bought it for are lacking. Returned.
small, lightweight
nice workmanship
functionality not much
the moment I run up a hill and my heart is beating like a race, it says "moderate load" and my heart rate is around 100
poor quality GPS - it complains about the absence of signal even in the open air and the distance traveled differs by 2km compared to the mobile phone
in the calorie counting we could not find the BMR setting anywhere
