Rod Mechanism

The rod mechanism is a system for controlling figures in table football (foosball), where players are attached to horizontal rods, referred to as rods. These rods pass through the side walls of the playing surface, and the player controls them from outside the field. By moving the rod sideways, an entire row of figures shifts, while by rotating the rod, the figure kicks the ball. This method of control allows for fluid command over both position and shooting and differs, for example, from systems where figures are controlled by springs.
