Dobrý deň, Vo februári sme zakúpili čističku vzduchu Winix Zero S. Po 3 mesiacoch začal svietiť indikátor na výmenu filtrov. Použité filtre sme dňa 30.05.2024 vymenili za nové (filtre určené pre daný model). Postupovala som podľa návodu, vymenila som filter, následne som resetovala čističku cez resetovacie tlačidlo, kým nezaznel signál a kontrolný LED indikátor nezhasol. Následne som spustila opätovne čističku vzduchu a približne po 1-2 min prevádzky daný indikátor sa opäť rozsvietil. Tento jav sa odvtedy opakuje pri každom zapnutí a spustení čističky vzduchu. Dá sa tento problém nejakým spôsobom vyriešiť? Ďakujem, Ľubica
