Podle návodu nelze do termosky dát led a ani ledové nápoje či žádné nápoje a ani jídlo, pravděpodobně pouze a jen jídlo bez omáčky. Dále se nesmí kojenecká výživa a mléčné výrobky. Musí se nosit jen ve zpřímené poloze díky výpustnýmu ventilu, což se nedá moc dodržet. Díky těmto větám v návodu termosky vracím zpět: "Při použití utáhněte uzávěr i pohárek na piti, přenášejte jen ve vzpřímené poloze." "Neplňte sycenými a kvašenými nápoji a jídlem, mléčnými výrobky, kostkami ledu ani kojeneckou výživou."
