Therefore, it is perfectly suited to the needs of travellers or top athletes. The shelf life of AdventureMenu is up to 3 years at a room temperature of up to 30 °C.

Water-Activated Flameless Ration Heater
Thanks to the included water-activated flameless ration heater, you don't need a stove or microwave to reheat the meal. Simply add water to the special heater bag, seal it, and put it in the large zipper bag with the bag containing your meal. The chemical reaction between calcium oxide and water will begin the heating process immediately upon adding the water. After 12 minutes, carefully remove the heater, open the MRE pouch and enjoy your meal.
The set includes a zipper bag and a 20g self-healing bag.
