The POWERbreathe PLUS Fitness trainer is suitable for most active people, or those using protective breathing aids while training. It boasts excellent ergonomics, optimised airflow and antibacterial mouthpiece. The Fitness model offers a medium resistance that you can customise with ten settings.

POWERbreathe devices use the basic principles of exercise training. Just as lifting weights reinforces the muscles of your arms, breathing through POWERbreathe and creates some resistance to your breathing, thereby increasing the strength and endurance of the respiratory muscles. Dobrý den. Jsem krátce po plicní operaci, kdy se ukázalo, že příčinou mých problémů je chronický zánět pohrudnice. Ráda bych své plicní svaly posílila, ale nevím, který přístroj vybrat. Může být POWERbreathe Plus+ Medium? Nebo doporučíte něco jiného. Můj plicní lékař mi doporučil dechová cvičení.
