To make the most of your device and avoid any extra expenses, take care of your new device like it's your own. Keep it in a case and use a screen protector.

What should I do if my device breaks, gets stolen, or is damaged?

If your device gets stolen, or is damaged, simply describe the damage or theft using the contact form. If your device is malfunctioning, please fill out this contact form. We will assess your extended warranty within 2 business days and contact you with further steps.

What does the extended warranty cover?

The extended warranty covers manufacturing defects, theft, and accidents resulting in device damage. However, it does not cover intentional damage (such as throwing the device) or preventable damage (such as not securing it properly). You must also have been alert and not intoxicated when your device was stolen.

When can I exchange my device for a new model?

You can exchange your device for a new model after the rental period expires. You can also arrange for an early termination of the contract.

Who should I contact if I want to exchange my device?

If you wish to exchange devices, contact us through the contact form.

When I exchange a device, will I receive a new unit?

Yes, you will always receive a new unit when you exchange your device.

What are the conditions for obtaining a rental?

You must be at least 18 years old and registered on Alza. We also assess the payment ability of every customer interested in renting.

How long does the contract last?

For mobile phones or wearables, the contract duration is 24 months. In the case of laptops, tablets, and PC builds, the contract lasts for 36 months.

Can I return the device early and cancel the membership?

Yes, you can arrange for early termination with us, following section 6.3 of the program's Terms and Conditions.

How much and how often will I be charged?

The Alza NEO service is billed monthly. You send the payment on the same day the rental begins.

Do you guarantee data deletion upon returning the device?

Yes, we perform a complete factory reset on all devices according to the manufacturer's manual.

Do I have to commit to a specific mobile operator?

No, the choice of operator is entirely up to you. The device is not locked in any way.

Can I purchase the device?

Unfortunately, that's not possible. The device belongs to Alza throughout the entire period. It's a service form that ensures you have access to the latest device model. However, you can terminate the service and purchase a new or refurbished device.

You changed prices on the website; will I be charged a different amount?

If you already have a device from us, the amount is fixed and won't change. The website price applies only to new customers. When you choose a new device model next time, you'll receive the current price listed on the website.

What if I don't pay on time?

If you fail to pay the regular fees for the device properly and on time:

  • You commit the crime of fraud, and we'll be obliged to report it to the authorities. The device is owned by our company throughout the entire period.
  • We will involve a lawyer to recover the fees.
  • In addition to repaying the purchase price, we will demand interest on arrears and reimbursement of the costs of legal and possibly distrain proceedings.
  • You will be included in debtor registries managed by Intrum Czech, s.r.o. (CIN 27221971), LogiCall Česká republika, s.r.o. (CIN 26849551), Intrum Slovakia, s.r.o. (CIN 35831154) a LogiCall Slovensko, s.r.o. (CIN 44151721).
