Can I add my own components to a custom model or modify the config setup later?
YES! We do not put warranty stickers on our PCs, so as long as you do not mechanically damage any part of the computer, you will not lose the warranty. You just need to remember that in case of a claim, computers and laptops need to be handed over in their original configuration and any additional components are not covered by the warranty service.
I am buying a PC/laptop for my company. Does the 3 year warranty and service within 10 working days also apply to me?
YES! We stand by the quality of our custom-built PCs, so we also offer a 36-month warranty to people buying a PC or laptop for their business.
Can I claim only one component of my PC or laptop?
NO. You can only submit a claim for the PC or laptop as a whole. The warranty does not cover individual components.
Can you change a component or add something to the PC before delivery?
Unfortunately, NO. Any finished PC you order has already been assembled and it's waiting for its new owner in one of our warehouses. After the order has been placed, it is no longer in the production process and therefore cannot be modified any further. You can, however, order an identical configuration with preferred modifications through our custom-built PC service.
If my PC comes with Windows, where can I find the activation key?
For our PCs, we activate the operating system using so-called Windows DOEM licence, which is automatically bound to the motherboard so that the activation key cannot be displayed or transferred to another device.
I have received a PC that does not have Windows activated even though it's supposed to. What should I do?
If the operating system appears to be unactivated when you first boot the device, connect the PC to the internet, allow it to perform all system updates, and wait with the PC connected to the internet for at least 2 hours. If Windows still refuses to activate, please file a claim.
