With the Alza Custom-built PC Service, every computer can be unique. Ok, so you are clear about your new PC, but you want to consult with an experienced technician? Or you just have an idea of the money you want to spend and what you want the PC to do, but building a computer is a bit scary for you? We have solutions for any individual requirement. All you need to do is purchase the Custom-Built PC service and we'll take care of the professional installation of your machine. The service price is only a few pennies. Within this service, we are only providing you with 1 individual Alza product on your final invoice. Warranty applies. You are ordering a computer, not accessories. 

You won't have to wait for your new computer

Our technician will contact to discuss your selected components within 24 hours of you sending your order. Creating an order via our e-shop is not a binding order. The assembly will not start until you confirm your order via the phone call with the technician, by email or by telephone.

• Your new computer will be delivered within seven business days of confirming your order with our technician.

If a component is incorrectly selected or incompatible, our technician will offer you a suitable alternative.

After completing and thorough tests of all components and connectors, we will send you information on the take-over or shipping options.

3-year warranty on all PC assemblies

In case of hardware failure, we will repair or replace broken components. If you have an operating system problem, we will diagnose and fix it, or reinstall it, including backing up all of your data.

Guarantee of repair within 10 working days

Every day that you are without your computer is a concern for us. As part of the Custom-built PC service, we make repairs without delay, and we will do so by no later than 10 business days from when we receive your computer. The repair time is calculated from the date of receipt from the customer until the day your computer is ready for collection or delivery. If we do not meet the deadline, we will refund your money or give you a brand new computer. 

• You will be without your computer for a maximum of ten business days
• You computer repairs are our maximum priority
• In the warranty period, repairs are free of charge
• A warranty claim needs to be made for the computer as a whole. The warranty applies to the device as a whole, not to the individual components.

Easily expand or replace components

Whenever you want to expand your PC or replace a component for a more powerful one, you can open the cabinet and make the changes yourself. We don't need to fill in a report or approve the changes. If you want to upgrade your memory or disk, you do not have to carry your computer anywhere, just a little bit of know-how and you can do it yourself. If you do not know how to upgrade it, call or write us and we'll advise you how to do it. We trust you, and therefore you will not lose your warranty.

We thoroughly test all components

Prior to sending your computer to your address, it will go through uncompromising 12-hour testing in stress programs. We test the processor, graphics card, operating memory, power source and motherboard. We also test the USB and audio outputs.

• 12 hours of stress testing of all components and connectors
• We use professional AIDA 64 and Furmark
