  • Fog lights are usually equipped with one H3 bulb.

Tips for using fog lights

  • According to the Road Traffic Act, front fog lamps may be used only in fog, snowfall or heavy rain.
  • Rear fog lights should also be used in fog, snowfall or heavy rain.
  • On clear nights, fog lights are too bright and can dazzle other drivers.
  • Likewise, they should only be used during the day if visibility is low.

Installing fog lights

Fog lights must be placed at least 250 mm from the ground and not more than 400 mm from the edge of the vehicle. The exact installation procedure varies for each vehicle, but fog lights are usually mounted under the bumper.

  • Mount the lights.
  • Install the cabling.
  • Connect the cables according to the instructions.
  • Test the lights before driving.
