I joined Alza in September 2019 and I am happy to say that the sheer enthusiasm and energy within the company is just magical. I started working at Alza in 2017 as an Operator. Since then, I've become a Leader of the Complaints Department and two small additional departments. I've gained a lot of experience and improved my skills while working at Alza.
During my time at Alza, I have been able to try out so many processes that many people do not manage to see during their whole careers. Alza has the power to change from one minute to another, which is probably the thing that I enjoy the most. Besides my family and friends, what keeps me happy is sugar and dancing.
I joined Alza mid-2018 as an operator. After a few months, I was offered the Team Leader position, so I had the opportunity to lead the team throughout the 2018 season. I now work for the Methodology for Alza. I am in charge of teaching and innovating the processes and procedures of our operators. At the same time, I am responsible for improving the overall communication with our customers. So if you join us at a Call Centre, we will definitely meet and I'll be happy to teach you everything.
