Čistá pleť krok za krokom

Pleť potrebuje každé ráno aj večer náležitú starostlivosť, aby vyzerala zdravo a atraktívne. V dnešnej dobe však obyčajné opláchnutie tváre vodou nestačí a klasické mydlo tiež nie je vhodným variantom, pretože vysušuje pleť. Ako teda na to?

Základom čistenia pleti sú kvalitné prípravky. Mastné nečistoty sa v priebehu dňa dostávajú na pleť a je potrebné sa ich šetrne zbaviť. Na jemnú pleť tváre použite špeciálne prípravky, ktoré pleť nevysušujú.

Všetky prípravky prispôsobte svojmu typu pleti. Ak si nie ste istí, aký typ pleti máte, prečítajte si náš článok o typoch pleti. Na žiadnu pleť, ani mastnú, nie sú vhodné prípravky obsahujúce alkohol, ktorý pleť dehydruje. Suchú pleť ešte viac vysuší a v prípade mastnej zase vyvolá ešte vyššiu tvorbu mazu. Odporúčame preto používať prípravky obsahujúce prírodné zložky. Ak máte citlivú pleť, vyhnite sa parfumovaným prípravkom.

Prípravky na čistenie pleti

Správne čistenie pleti

Čistite pleť dvakrát denne, vždy ráno a večer. Večerná očista pleti je dôležitá na odlíčenie všetkých líčidiel či nánosov nečistôt z celého dňa, tá ranná zase pripravuje pleť na nový deň a pomáha osviežiť a odstrániť prach a pot, ktorý sa vytvoril počas noci.

Začnite odlíčením očí

Na oči odprúčame používať produkty určené na jemné a citlivé okolie očí. Vhodné sú dvojfázové prípravky, ktoré spoľahlivo odlíčia aj vodoodolný mejkap a súčasne sú k jemnému očnému okoliu šetrné. Emulziu aplikujte na vatový tampón, priložte na zatvorené oči a nechajte chvíľu pôsobiť. Potom veľmi jemne smerom nadol zotrite maskaru, tiene a ďalšie líčidlá. Odlíčenie očí každý večer má vplyv na vaše zdravie – neodlíčené líčidlá môžu spôsobiť zápaly očných spojiviek, navyše riasy slabnú a viac sa lámu.

Pleť čistite na niekoľko fáz

Na bežnú starostlivosť o pleť odporúčame pravidelné používanie čistiacich krémov, mydiel a gélov, ktoré dôkladne vyčistia pleť, pomôžu uvoľniť upchaté póry a potom sa aj s nečistotami zmyjú z pleti. Vhodné sú predovšetkým na problematickú a mastnú.

Naopak, na čistenie suchej pleti použite pleťové mlieko mastnejšej substancie na odlíčenie všetkých nečistôt, aj tých veľmi odolných. Opäť čistite tampónom, jemnými krúživými pohybmi. Na pleť netlačte, nevyčistíte ju lepšie, len ju zbytočne budete dráždiť. Kvalitné prípravky odlíčia pleť aj bez použitia sily. Začnite čelom a pokračujte cez nos. Potom odporúčame vymeniť tampón a postupne sa venovať aj zvyšku tváre.

Na záver pleť tonizujte s pomocou pleťovej vody či toniká, ktoré pleť osviežia a obnovia jej prirodzené pH. Prípadne môžete na čistenie pleti použiť micelárnu vodu, ktorá spája účinky odličovacích prípravkov, čistiacich pleťových prípravkov a pleťovej vody. Avšak jej používanie môže pleť vysušovať, nie je preto vhodné ju používať na každodenné odličovanie.

Po dôkladnom očistení ošetrite pleť hydratačným krémom či sérom. Aj mastná pleť potrebuje hydratáciu!

Nezabúdajte na krk a dekolt

Práve tieto časti tela sú ukazovateľom vašej staroby. Veľa žien na ne zabúda, takže koža je na týchto miestach zvädnutá a bez energie.
