Shears

  • Loppers can have a short handle (for holding in one hand) or long to reach high branches.
  • Hedge shears - suitable for trimming smaller hedges several meters in length or shaping fine details. More powerful shears include electric, gas, and cordless hedge shears.
  • Grass shears - for trimming small grassy areas (around the sidewalk, for example) or for trimming whatever a large lawnmower can’t catch.
