ISOFIX is the international standard for child seat attachmenta. For ISOFIX, the car seat is connected to the vehicle structure.

What is ISOFIX?

Standard ISOFIX anchor points are located at the rear of back seat carseats. This connects the seat to the vehicle construction and firmly anchors the belts, making it stable. If the airbag is deactivated, you can also use the front passenger seat of the car. ISOFIX seats are among the safest types of car seats.
