How does it work?

You choose from the offer available at Alza.cz and fill in the form. If we approve your request, you can pick up your device at the store.

Six months

After 6 months, you can return your mobile phone to us at any time without giving any reason.

One year

After a year, you can choose a new phone.

Two years

After two years, you can choose a new laptop.

What are the conditions for joining the programme?

We assess each company individually. Please do not hesitate to send us your contact details. Membership is however not legally enforceable and Alza reserves the right decline your request for you membership. Unfortunately, we cannot give reasons. Even then, you can still buy the device on hire purchase and buy insurance for it.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, you can return your device and end your Alza NEO membership at any time after 6 months for mobile phones or after 18 months for laptops, PCs and tablets. You can report the cancellation via this page. Then just bring the device to any of our stores.

Who do I contact if I want to replace my device?

If you would like to exchange the device, please contact your key account manager at [email protected]

How much and how often will I pay?

The Alza NEO service must be paid once a month, always on the same day you started the rental. You will also see the price per day for each product. An iPhone 12 128GB will cost you CZK 1,441 per month and the new Macbook Air 13" M1 2020 will be CZK 730 per month.

What should I do if my device breaks, is stolen or is damaged?

We will give you a replacement device of the same parameters, colour and wear within three working days. Just report the fault to us using this manual. We need information about the fault in advance so that we can send a replacement device to the shop in time and it will be waiting for you to pick it up. When damage occurs, we will determine the cause and, if we approve the extended warranty, we will repair the unit and provide you with a new or replacement unit with the closest specifications and colour possible. You can call us (our number is 225 340 777) to report a warranty claim. If we accept that it falls under the extended warranty, the device will be waiting for you in a store within three working days.

What does the extended warranty cover? Does it include protection against accidental breakage and theft?

Theft and accident resulting in breakage of equipment are covered. Please note that the extended warranty excludes, for example, intentional damage (e.g. if you throw the device on the ground) or if you could have prevented the breakage (e.g. you didn't keep it safely in your pocket). You cannot claim for the theft of a device if you had not kept an eye on it, because for example, you had drunk alcohol. You can only claim one event for the entire contract period. Do I have to rent a minimum number of units?

We approach each customer individually according to their needs. Write to us and we will assess your case.

Can I choose devices other than those available in the Alza NEO programme at Alza.cz?

Yes, please let us know what you are interested in and what quantities you need. We will prepare a tailor-made offer for you.

Do you have any devices other than computers and phones?

If you need to rent other devices, please contact us. We will create a tailor-made offer for you.

Do the prices you have on the website apply to me as a company?

You can see the standard prices for end customers on our website. We naturally take the quantity of the requested devices into account in the price when it comes to corporate customers.

If I return the old device, will you arrange for me to delete the data?

Yes, we perform a complete factory reset on all devices exactly according to the manufacturer's manual. The manufacturer guarantees data erasure.

Do I have to be tied to a mobile operator?

No, membership is completely independent of the operators. You can use anyone. The device is not blocked in any way.

Can I buy the device back?

The device cannot be repurchased and the device belongs to Alza at all times. This is a form of service (Alza NEO membership) that ensures you always have the latest model of equipment available. However, you can terminate your membership and buy a new or even a used device.

What if I don't pay on time?

If you do not pay the regular fees for the device properly and on time, we will do the following:

  • We will file a criminal complaint on suspicion of committing criminal embezzlement. Our company is the owner of the device at all times.
  • We will refer the case to an attorney and a collection agency for collection.
  • In addition to the payment of the purchase price, we will also require you to pay default interest and the costs of legal proceedings, if any, and enforcement proceedings.
  • You will be included in the registers of debtors maintained by Intrum Czech, s.r.o. (ID 27221971), LogiCall Czech Republic, s.r.o. (ID 26849551), Intrum Slovakia, s.r.o. (ID 35831154) and LogiCall Slovakia, s.r.o. (ICKO 44151721).

When I change the device, do I get a new device?

Yes, you always get a new device.
