Dobry den, to myslite vazne ze cena odporucana vyrobcom ? Ani zdaleka to nie je cena odporucana vyrobcom. Vyrobca odporuca pre verziu 64GB 299 USD a pre 256GB 399 USD. V rakusku bez problemov mozete kupit 256Gb verziu za 449 €.

Milá Alza, proč prodáváte Oculus Quest 2 o 3000 Kč vyšší, než si mohu koupit ted' od Amazonu (IT / ES) včetně expresního doručení a DPH / CLO a to dřívě? Udělali jste to samé s Quest 1, koupil jsem ho za 15990 Kč v prosinci 2019, ale pak jste zvýšili cenu, takže od léta 2020 je celkem 18990 Kč. Neposkytuje se garance nejlepší ceny u produktů Oculus Quest 1/2 nebo jen klamete zákazníci? Vysvětlete, proč jste tak zvýšili cenu. Vaši zákazníci.

Dobry den, prosim vas ako to je stym officialnym pozastavenim predaja headsetu? Samotny FB uznal chybu penovej vlozky, ktora drazdi pokozku. Na oficialnej stranke Oculusu sa da poziadat o silikonovu nahradu vlozky ale na Slovensko sa to neda poslat. Ja som si headset kupil na zaciatku roka prave od vas z Alzy. Ako to mam riesit ked mam ten isty problem? Alza dovaza Oculus Quest 2 na Slovensko, a teda ona je za to zodpovedna ked oficialne neni podpora od Oculusu-FB? Mam reklamovat vyrobok? A dalsia otazka, preco to Alza stale predava? Prosim o odpoved. Dakujem.

Dobry den, neskodilo by zminit ze v baleni se nachazi napajeci/dobijeci adapter s UK koncovkou, nikoliv s EU a ze je potreba dokoupit redukci.

Dle mého názoru - naskladnění odpovídá pomalé objednávce z Amazon.com - den po vydání. při koupi 100 kusů nebo 50 kusů. 100 x 340,59 = 34059 + poštovné 165,99 + Clo cca 27% 50 x 340,59 = 17029,5 + poštovné 165,99 + Clo cca 27% To znamená: 100 = 435 EURO za kus = 11862,82 Kč 50 = 437 EURO za kus = 11917,36 Kč Takže Alza má výdělek 1/4 ceny - Děkujeme, objednáme jinde :D

Holt když český trh je tak drahý, co se dá dělat - objednáno z Amazon.it - celkově s expresním dodáním (5 dní to trvá) - 12881.34,- Kč - verze 256GB. 3 litry doma - a ještě to budu mít dříve než to Alza vůbec naskladní :D
